Sandi
Billings
Sandi Billings is the host
of Yin Radio on KRFP. Her background is in non-profit management
and fund development, especially for science and technology
programs including UI's College of Engineering and the Palouse
Discovery Science Center. Now she is focusing her efforts on
women's programs, most prominently Yin Radio, which is a program
of VP Foundation, Inc., an non-profit she founded to encourage
women to find and use their voices. |

Bobbi has three degrees, including entomology and nursing. She gets stir-crazy
in all but the smallest towns. |

| Kate became a board member at 17 years of age, adding a
youth perspective to our governance. |

Selena Lloyd
Selena is a long time volunteer/activist
in the causes including racial justice, equity, and GLBT
issues, among others. For her efforts, she has been awarded
the Rosa Parks Award from the Latah County Human Rights
Task Force and the Virginia Wolf Distinguished Sevice Award
from the University of Idaho's Women's Center. She
is a huge fan of Indie rock, political satire, and her
cat. |

Perrine, Secretary |

| Sally works at Moscow Public Library, is
married, and deals with Empty Nest Syndrome by volunteering
for Palouse Peace Coalition and Radio Free Moscow. |

Ramalingam |
|
|
| Sunil Ramalingam is a graduate of the University
of Idaho College of Law and a solo practitioner in Moscow
specializing in criminal defense. His professional experience
includes three years as a deputy prosecutor for Nez Perce
County and five years as an associate in a small Lewiston
law firm. Prior to moving to Idaho, Mr. Ramalingam lived
in Malaysia, India, and California, where he completed
bachelors degrees at the University of California, Davis
and California State University, Sacramento. Before and
during his law school years Mr. Ramalingam was a smokejumper
for the BLM based out of Boise. He lives in Moscow with
his wife and two young children. |
