Tune in Mondays through Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. You can also hear new local reports on Morning Mix, Monday through Friday 7-10 a.m.

KRFP is independent media
How important is independent media? Five years ago, a train derailed in Minot, North Dakota leaking thousands of gallons of toxic chemicals into the air. The city’s six non-religious commercial radio stations – all owned by the same corporation, Clear Channel – never aired warnings for local residents.
Read/hear about it on Democracy Now.

RFM has received grants from J-Lab (The Institute For Interactive Journalism) Foundation Northwest, Latah County Community Foundation, Latah County Arts & Culture Committee, and the Moscow Food Co-op
